MN: Cardinale back at San Siro and hopes to continue being a good luck charm

By Oliver Fisher -

Gerry Cardinale will be back at San Siro tonight as he will attended the Champions League last 16 first leg against Spurs, a report claims.

Over the past couple of weeks several sources have reported that Cardinale will be back in Italy for the first time in a few months to attend Milan’s first Champions League knockout stage game in nearly nine years.

MilanNews confirms that he will indeed be present at San Siro tonight to watch the Rossoneri in action. It marks the third time he will personally attend a game, with the first being Milan 3-2 Inter last September a few days after the closing of the deal.

He was also present at the 2-0 home victory over Juventus in October too, so hopefully the main man of RedBird Capital will continue his trend of being a good luck charm in what could well be another memorable European night.
