CF: Gazidis will stay on as CEO until December amid uncertainty over future

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan CEO Ivan Gazidis is expected to stay in his role until December as uncertainty persists over his role, a report claims.

Gazidis was appointed as AC Milan CEO back in 2018, and his commercial strategy appears to be moving the club in the right direction. Having joined from the Gunners, the South African-born executive has embarked on a mission to help Milan realise the true potential of its brand globally through innovative new partnerships and the establishing of key sponsorships.

According to Calcio e Finanza (via MilanNews), the meeting of the Milan Board of Directors was held on 14 September 2022 and it was confirmed that Paolo Scaroni will remain the president of the club.

Meanwhile, Ivan Gazidis will also continue his time with the Rossoneri as he has been confirmed as CEO until at least December 5, 2022. His contract is set to expire before the end of the year, so it remains to be seen if he will extend.
