CM: Adli working to convince Milan but the management wait for offers

By Oliver Fisher -

As we head into the final stage of the summer transfer window there are some players who still face an uncertain future, and one of them is Yacine Adli.

As report, Adli is feeling rather ‘nervous’ about his situation because he wants his future to be resolved one way or another, though he is keen to establish a role for himself in the squad.

On social media, the former Bordeaux constantly professes his love for Milan, as he put in his most recent post: “Wherever you are, I’ll be there” with two red and black hearts as a message to the club.

Adli wants to stay, but Milan don’t change their mind and wait for proposals to arrive. The midfielder is working hard to convince Pioli because he wants more than the 138 minutes he got last season.

There remains a possibility that Adli will stay as we reported yesterday – perhaps as deputy to Rade Krunic – mostly because for the moment he lacks a strong suitor.

Bought for around €10m, Adli is on the market, using et no interesting offers have arrived for him. There was talk of interest from Ajax which then did not materialise, so the idea of a loan move cannot be excluded, while the player pushes to convince.

We discussed the ‘Adli Paradox’ in the latest bonus article for our SubStack, which you can read in full here which a seven-day free trial.

    1. Hopefully Adli does not stay. How you can even compare Krunic who literally saved Milan last year in CL with Adli who was a total flop in every game he got minutes? It seems like people are delusional or watching some other game — in their head instead of the pitch

      1. Another KrunicsFanboy who disguised as MilanFan..
Lol krunic saved Milan last season from what??
Are we playing football or Tennis?
Pioli gave Krunic more playing times than Adli,
and eventhough at most of time He didn’t perform well.
Adli played once as starter and he flopped at that match, and Pioli let him sit on the bench most of time.

Are you watching Milans matches or KrunicsTV..

Seriously though, thank you for the laughs! Much needed. 😀

      3. FLOP??? LOLOLOLO. How can you honestly say a player at 22 is a flop with only 138 minutes of game time?? Relax buddy.

Comments on this chat get more and more ridiculous by the day

  1. Unfortunately with Pioli as coach he will never get the chance nor be able to reach new levels. IMO he has the potential to reach Modric levels but that’s not happening at Milan.
