Rafael Leao is being followed by LaLiga giants Barcelona but AC Milan have made their stance clear, a report claims.
It was first reported by Diario AS that Barcelona have shortlisted Leao as a possible replacement for Luis Suarez, who is 32 and has a contract which runs out at the end of next season.
The Portugal U21 international has been one of the few bright spots for Milan since his arrival in the summer from Lille in a €28m deal.
He scored his first goal for the club two weeks ago and is expected to be a big part of the Rossoneri’s plans moving forward.
However, Calciomercato.com reporter Daniele Longo is reporting that Barcelona are in fact watching Leao closely.
He goes on to add that Milan have no intentions of listening to offers for him in January, as the hierarchy view him as a key player in trying to change the course of the season.
