CM: Date set for Origi’s arrival in Milan as medical tests beckon

Divock Origi in the Champions League

Divock Origi has agreed to join AC Milan this summer and only the medical tests remain to make it all official. And after a lot of conflicting reports, a date has now seemingly been set for his arrival.

The Belgian striker is currently on vacation and also recently recovered from a minor injury. Since an agreement has been reached already, Milan are not in a rush to welcome their new striker and are happy to give him some days off.

According to Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, Origi will sign a four-year deal worth €4m per year including bonuses. The phone call of Paolo Maldini was decisive and the project presented was too good to say no to.

Origi is currently working to fully recover from the aforementioned injury and his arrival in Milano is expected in 10-12 days. There are no doubts about the outcome: the 27-year-old is a new Milan player and the statement is just pending the medical.

  1. I think he’s overrated. Belotti is better.i don’t know why nobody is talking about belotti. Is everyone blind? He’s available for free

  2. That Belotti is not a up to the task. Lets get Noa Lang, Renato Sanchez, Bremer, Origi, Zaniolo and Pobega into the team and thats all
