Just as Charles De Ketelaere seemed to be ready to head to join Atalanta, a slowdown in the negotiations between his entourage and the Bergamo club has emerged.
As Calciomercato.com report, Milan and Atalanta reached an agreement over De Ketelaere’s transfer on the basis of an initial €3m loan with a €23m option to buy plus €4m in potential bonuses.

I get people wanting to give CDK another chance. Sort of. He’s young and people think on the basis needs more chances. I personally disagree.

Go to Saudi and you’ll get your money and spark there. Better yet, bring all your family there so you won’t get homesick each day.
CDK originally had agreement for 2.5m per season with Milan. He only reduce it to 2.2m so he can play for Milan as Milan have difficulty raising the transfer offer.
Do you understand it now? 2.2m is special just for Milan because he wanted to play for Milan. Other clubs have to pay more, especially Saudi. When players are sent to a club they do not really want, they will ask for compensation.
