CM: Exits of midfield duo could make space for high-quality signing – Milan’s idea

By Isak Möller -

This summer, AC Milan are expected to make some investments on the mercato and as a result of that, some sales will be made. One midfielder’s exit is pretty certain but there could also be another one.

Franck Kessie will obviously leave the Rossoneri as he has signed a contract with Barcelona, set to join them on a free transfer. Tiemoue Bakayoko is also destined to leave the club, having not played a single minute since January.

According to Calciomercato.com, in order to make room for a high-quality signing such as Renato Sanches, Milan could also sell Rade Krunic. The Bosnian has been a useful bench player lately and it wouldn’t be super difficult to find him a new club.

The Rossoneri paid just €8m to Empoli for his services and that means they could even be in for a capital gain, albeit a small one. Meanwhile, Tommaso Pobega is expected to return to Milan at the end of his Torino loan spell this summer.

    1. they just follow what staff do at the club.

As technical director, its maldinis job to consider all the options. they consider everything, even the extreme like selling leao and buy new LW. Thats how when Donnaruma left, we have no problem in acquiring new GK.

So this Reporter, he just follow what is happening with Milan staff. for example if maldini said we cannot depends on Ballo and need new LB, then reporter will write, ofc with extra details to keep us entertain.

u want definitive news u need to wait transfer week. Ofc maldini will never say he will sell krunic what a way to demoralize the player and team. He will say what will happen if he sell
