CM: Genoa want to take young Milan midfielder on loan – the Rossoneri’s stance

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan midfielder Tommaso Pobega looks set to be the centre of an interesting transfer battle in the upcoming window, if the latest reports are to be believed.

Tuttosport reported on Monday (via MilanLive) that Milan believe Pobega is one of the young players who could come in handy next season and as such the Rossoneri will trigger their buy-back option.

Then, il Messaggero Veneto (via MilanNews) reported that Milan will not be short of options should they then choose to sell Pobega on as Udinese are ready to offer €5million and Pordenone want to sign him permanently too.

According to Calciomercato.com, Pobega has attracted the attention of many Serie A clubs and among these one of the most active appears to be Genoa.

The Grifone would like to sign him on loan, and the Rossoneri for their part would not mind Pobega gaining some experience in the top flight while maintaining control of him. Udinese’s interest is also confirmed in the report.
