Zlatan Ibrahimovic is weighing up an offer to return to AC Milan in January, according to a report.
The rumour has been circulating around the media recently that the Swedish star could return to San Siro, which was recently confirmed even by transfer market guru Gianluca Di Marzio from Sky Italia.
According to Calciomercato.com’s latest report, Ibrahimovic is in fact considering the possibility of another spell with the Rossoneri.
They claim that the former Manchester United and PSG striker earns a basic $1.5m (€1.3m), meaning his wages would not be an issue for Milan.
However, Ibrahimovic may be forced to accept a back-up role in the squad, due to the fact Leonardo has insisted that Gonzalo Higuain and Patrick Cutrone will remain the top two strike options.
