CM: Inter push ahead in race for Milan, Juventus target by preparing €50m+ package

By Oliver Fisher -

Inter are looking to agree personal terms with reported AC Milan target Sandro Tonali, it is claimed, but there is still an obstacle in their way.

The Rossoneri have been repeatedly linked with a move for Tonali as they look for a long-term partner for Ismael Bennacer in the engine room of the midfield.

However, the latest from Calciomercato claims that Inter have offered Tonali a five-year contract worth €2m per season plus bonuses, but it is also mentioned that they have not yet agreed on a deal with Brescia.

The Lombardia club are apparently demanding €50m+ and are not interested in a player exchange deal, while Juventus and Milan are specifically mentioned as being interested.

The report adds that Inter could table a €40m loan with an obligation to buy deal with bonuses to sweeten the deal, but it remains to be seen if that is an acceptable formula for La Leonesa.
