The AC Milan squad were back at Milanello this afternoon as preparations began for the game against Monza this Saturday evening.
Calciomercato.com report that Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Alessandro Florenzi worked with the rest of their team-mates. The Swede was on the bench for Friday’s win over Torino, while the full-back has yet to return to Pioli’s squad.
Regarding Ismael Bennacer and Fikayo Tomori, the Algerian midfielder did individual work while the English centre-back warmed up with the rest of the squad, but later he also did some work on his own.
More updates will arrive regarding the condition of the duo in the days to come prior to the match against Monza, which will be a strange occasion in some ways as Silvio Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani – who were in charge at Milan for over 30 years – will welcome the Rossoneri as opponents.
