CM: Serie A side to attempt loan swoop of Milan duo in January

Yacine Adli and Marko Lazetic have both been linked with loan moves in January and it seems AC Milan are open to this idea. A Serie A side is currently plotting a swoop of the duo, a report claims.

Adli arrived in the summer after spending a year on loan at Bordeaux, which Milan agreed to when they signed him from the French side for €8m in 2021. Thus far, however, the midfielder has only registered 114 minutes on the pitch, struggling to assert himself.

A loan move appears to be likely, therefore, and Primavera star Lazetic could also take the same route. He actually turned down multiple loan moves in the summer to continue his development with the youth side, which benefitted him, but now a loan move might be what he needs.

According to Calciomercato.com, Serie A side Cremonese have set their sights on both of these players and could attempt a loan swoop of the duo in January. Being a newly-promoted side, they could probably guarantee a lot of playing time.

It will be up to the Milan duo to decide whether to leave on loan or not, as Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are open to it.
