Marseille winger Florian Thauvin is interested in making the move to AC Milan as Paolo Maldini leads the charm offensive, a report claims.
MilanNews were among the sources to claim that the entourage of Thauvin had offered the right-winger to the Rossoneri management.
Vito Angele recently reported on Twitter that Thauvin remains a player that the Milan management are attentive to, especially given the fact he will be available for free next summer, and a number of reports since have echoed those sentiments including one from Le10Sport.
According to Calciomercato.com, Marseille were asking for €15m for him to leave in the summer window. The Ligue 1 club are trying to find an agreement for his renewal, but Thauvin is attracted by the possibility of putting himself to the test in another league.
He has offers from Spanish and English clubs, but the Milan hypothesis in particular fascinates him and Maldini is at work to try and reach an agreement on salary.
Then it will be necessary to see if the deal can materialise in January by paying a fee to Marseille or if everything will be postponed until summer 2021.
