Reflections are underway regarding the AC Milan squad in view of the January transfer window, and two players could reportedly leave on loan.
According to Calciomercato.com, there are some players within the squad who have just not found much playing time early in the campaign and are unlikely to between now and the winter market, which is why various solutions are being considered.
Matteo Gabbia could be allowed to leave on loan after only 7 minutes played so far with Simon Kjaer, Fikayo Tomori and Pierre Kalulu ahead of him in the pecking order plus possible Malick Thiaw. Sampdoria were one step away from concluding a loan operation in the summer, and could come back in for him.
Marko Lazetic is also the subject of reflection. The Serbian striker is with the Primavera team but has not yet made an appearance with the first team this season, and that is why a loan could also be considered for him after many expressions of interest that Milan has received in recent weeks.
