Despite not always getting appreciation from the AC Milan fans, Rade Krunic has been a very useful player for Stefano Pioli over the last two seasons. And with that in mind, the stance on his future is pretty clear.
The Bosnian midfielder arrived in the summer of 2019, along with Ismael Bennacer, to play in Marco Giampaolo’s 4-3-2-1 formation as a mezz’ala. After the takeover of Stefano Pioli, though, he has been used in many positions.
Milan paid just €8m for his services and under the reigns of Pioli, he has been a useful depth player for the midfield tandem, attacking trio and even centre-forward position. According to Calciomercato.com, therefore, he’s expected to stay.
Krunic has several suitors on the market, per the report, but Pioli and the directors are pleased with his performances as of late. He’s considered off the market, therefore, and Milan will only evaluate offers that are too good to turn down.

Very good player, fans love him.
if Kessie leave, Adli and Pobega in, we will have surplus in midfield. then Krunic should go.
He is that multi position player to fill the gap incase of emergency just like when i play football manager 😂
But in the real world, he is totally useless.
Cheap and he’s proven very versatile for us…including being way better than Baka this season…as long as he doesn’t ask for a raise he can stay.
@bb
Def not useless he is a hybrid and useful.- Not a starter clearly but but a good option to have on the bench
