CM: Milan’s scouting mission in Belfast – Depay among three Netherlands stars being watched

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are set to scout a number of interesting names during the game between Northern Ireland and the Netherlands, a report claims.

The Rossoneri are expected to invest in the January transfer window having only amassed 13 points from their opening 12 games, scoring just 11 times in the process.

According to the latest report form Calciomercato.com, Milan will be ‘one of the most active clubs’ in the winter window, and as a result a number of scouting missions are planned.

One of those will be on Saturday night when Northern Ireland host the Netherlands in a Euro 2020 qualifier, and the report claims that Milan will have eyes on a number of players.

Firstly, PSV right-back Denzel Dumfries will be under the microscope as he is considered a potential replacement for Davide Calabria, who continues to be linked with a move to Spain.

In addition, AZ Alkmaar striker Myron Boadu – who has 14 goals in all competitions already this season – will also be observed.

Interestingly, the report also claims that names such as Memphis Depay will also be on the notebook, however he is injured and will not take part in the game.
