After a slowdown in the negotiations, AC Milan and Atletico Madrid are once again discussing the future of Angel Correa, according to a report by Calciomercato.com.
Boban and Maldini have re-opened the negotiations with the Spanish, following the braking on Sunday when the two clubs failed to agree on the evaluation of the player.
The Argentine has already said ‘yes’ to the move as he wants a project where he can be a protagonist, unlike his role at Atletico Madrid. Should Andre Silva get sold, then it will be easier for the Rossoneri.
New developments on the matter are expected next week. Meanwhile, Correa continues to take part in pre-season with Atletico Madrid. At 02:00 on Thursday, his side will face the MLS All-Star team to wrap up their tour in the US.
