Ibrahimovic could really return to AC Milan, as the latter are working hard to sign the Swedish striker on a free transfer. In fact, new positive contacts have taken place between the parties, according to a report.

After yesterday’s meeting with Raiola and Boban’s phone call with the player, there were new contacts between the parties today as well, as Calciomercato.com reports. In other words, the Rossoneri are making progress.

During the meeting yesterday, Ibrahimovic opened up towards a return, as stated by the report. The player wants to evaluate all his options carefully, but has promised that he will give Milan an answer within 20 days.

The Rossoneri would like him to start training with the team in December, which could be a good boost the team. Negotiations are still ongoing with regards to the salary, as Ibrahimovic wants €6m per year, which is less than Milan’s current offer, per the report.
