CM: Offloading outcasts will be the biggest challenge yet for Maldini and Milan

Having spent close to €60m on the market already, Milan will also have to make a few sales to compensate for the signings. There are several players that could leave, but it’s not always easy to find new clubs for them.

As reported by Calciomercato.com, the hottest names are Tommaso Pobega and Jens Petter Hauge, who could bring in €25m combined. The former is close to Atalanta and the latter has several offers in Germany, so these two should be easy to sell.

However, there are also more complicated situations such as those of Andrea Conti and Mattia Caldara. Both have just returned from being out on loan and it seems they aren’t part of the Rossoneri’s plans, at least not Conti.

The final player that could leave is Rafael Leao, as his departure could generate a lot of cash for Milan. The asking price is €35m and the Rossoneri are waiting for a signal from the winger’s agent, Jorge Mendes.
