CM: One out one in for Milan’s midfield as two operations have been defined – the details

AC Milan are almost ready to officially announce the return of Tiemoue Bakayoko on a loan with option to buy deal, a report claims.

According to the latest from Calciomercato.com, Bakayoko will be arriving on loan from Chelsea and is expected in Milan either on Friday evening or on Saturday morning. The Frenchman will rejoin the club where he spent the 2018-19 season on loan, having been linked with a return seemingly every window since.

Meanwhile, Tommaso Pobega will leave and join Torino on a loan deal, as the 22-year-old will follow up his positive experience at Spezia last season with another chance to show he is ready for Serie A. Medical examinations are scheduled for tomorrow, and then it will be made official.

With a few days left in the window, it seems that Milan’s midfield is now beginning to take shape ahead of what will be a very demanding season.

  1. Wait wait wait… so we are ok with bennacer, tonali, bakayoko, and krunic?? And maaaaybe kessie if he stays? Sorry but we need another midfielder. Just keep Pobega and stop wasting money on midfielders we don’t need. We need an attacker or we will not do well this year. Berardi please or at least Zaccagni if we can’t spend for Berardi.
