CM: Palmeiras defender may come back into fashion as Milan are set for crucial Laxalt meeting

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan’s market is far from finished, and attention should be paid to potential sales as well as signings.

According to Calciomercato.com, Lucas Paquetà’s move to Lyon may not be the last outgoing for the Rossoneri in the current window as the spotlight is now on Diego Laxalt.

The report claims that a meeting is scheduled for Friday at Casa Milan between the club’s management and the agent of the Uruguayan – Ariel Krasouski – to take stock of the situation.

There is no lack of suitors for the former Genoa and Torino defender. After the attempt by Deportivo Alaves, who asked Milan for Laxalt on loan, Olympiacos now have a strong interest in signing him.

The Rossoneri are waiting for concrete offers to arrive before they will evaluate. If a satisfactory offer should arrive, the name of Matias Viña of Palmeiras could come back into fashion having been linked in January.
