AC Milan are one of four clubs interested in signing talented left-back Nuno Mendes from Sporting CP, according to a report.
According to the latest from Calciomercato.com, Sporting CP have been left smiling as they believe they can unleash an auction for their latest prized young jewel, given the number and size of clubs interested.
The report adds that the Portuguese left-back is attracting the interest of Arsenal, Manchester United, Milan and Atletico Madrid.
Calciomercato.com reported last week that Milan have their eye upon Mendes, who has already become a starter for the Lisbon-based club despite being just 18.
Goal.com then added that Manchester United, Liverpool and Real Madrid are also interested as well as Juventus, Arsenal and Milan.
Mendes recently signed a new five-year deal with a €45m release clause but the report adds that he dreams of playing in the Premier League one day, with Manchester United and Liverpool determined to keep following his growth.
