CM: Three names dominating the market discussion at Casa Milan – the latest

By Oliver Fisher -

There are three names that are currently the centre of discussion among the management at Casa Milan at the moment, a report claims.

According to Calciomercato.com, the trio in question are Rade Krunic, Tiemoué Bakayoko and Lucas Paqueta.

An offer from Freiburg has arrived for the former, but for the moment the Milan management have decided to freeze everything.

It is for this reason that things are on standby regarding the Chelsea midfielder, a player who is outside the plans of Frank Lampard. After the Shamrock Rovers game on Thursday Milan will talk again with the Bundesliga side and with the Blues.

The crux of the Bakayoko deal is the price of the option to buy,  with Maldini and Massara keeping alternative tracks alive, but for now Milan do not want to numerically weaken the midfield for the game in Ireland.

No club has presented a concrete offer for Lucas Paqueta, but Lyon’s interest is alive. The Ligue 1 side are in talks with Barcelona for Memphis Depay, while with Aston Villa are closing a deal for Bertrand Traoré.

Having settled those two issues, their concrete pursuit of Paqueta could begin, with the Rossoneri asking for €25m – an amount that would open up new market scenarios.
