CM: Wolves, West Ham still in the hunt as €25m Milan midfielder faces uncertain future

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie is still attracting interest from a number of different Premier League clubs, a report claims, with two in particular named.

Back in January Milan evaluated the idea of parting ways with Kessie, setting a price tag of €25m. As our correspondent Vito Angele reported back then, Arsenal, Newcastle, West Ham and Wolves all kept tabs on the Ivorian.

The papers have since suggested that Kessie could be one of the players that the Rossoneri could ‘sacrifice’ in the summer as they are looking to gain money for other operations on the transfer market.

According to the latest from Calciomercato.com, Kessie’s future at Milan is still to be defined, while the idea of a move to the Premier League remains alive.

The report claims that several clubs are monitoring his situation, with the interest of Wolverhampton and West Ham United cited in particular.

The same outlet claimed earlier in the month that an asking price of around €25m has been set for the Ivorian by the Milan management.
