MN: Confirmations arrive on Milan’s interest in Barcelona teenager – talks on with agents

By Oliver Fisher -

Confirmations have arrived regarding the reports in Spain that emerged stating AC Milan want to sign Ilias Akhomach from Barcelona.

SPORT reported earlier today that while Barcelona have been trying to convince the 18-year-old Akhomach to sign a new deal they are yet to find an agreement, despite having met with his agent recently for further talks.

The Spanish source mentioned that Milan are watching on and are ready to pounce on any opportunity to sign the teenager on a free transfer if he were to not renew his deal with the Catalan side.

Now, MilanNews have confirmed that the Rossoneri are keen on signing Akhomach as they have been monitoring him for several months. They go on to add that the management and scouting department consider him a ‘true talent’ and that contacts with his entourage are constant.

He is considered a different winger from Rafael Leao as he is more technical and less powerful, so he could still add something to the squad.

  1. They have faith in academy player from Barcelona that didn’t produce someone useful nowadays but they haven’t in their own academy players like chaka traore el hilali nasti marshage eletu Bakoune coubis like why they are trying to put youth players?

    1. Look where Milan Primavera are in the table. If those players can’t even shine in their league how could they manage it in the “big boys’ league”? It’s a loooong way from primavera to Serie A.

  2. run away boy, if you know what our lovely club and this great coach does to young new comers, study hauge, lazetic, adli, malick thiaw doziers and make a decision yourself
El Hilali’s contract ends in june and they have not even thought about resigning him
