Talks for the renewal of Suso have stalled as the Spaniard request the same salary as Gigio Donnarumma, in other words, €6m per year.
Today’s edition of Corriere Della Sera highlights that one of Donnarumma and Suso could be sacrificed this summer, should the Rossoneri fail to qualify for the Champions League.
The Spaniard has a release clause of €40m, while the goalkeeper would be sold for at least €50m. However, as mentioned, it will all depend on the Champions League, as qualification would guarantee them enough money to keep their big stars.
Meanwhile, La Gazzetta Dello Sport adds that the relationship between Milan’s sporting director, Leonardo, and Suso is very cold. In fact, the Brazilian doesn’t regard the winger’s renewal as a priority.
