Zlatan Ibrahimovic is reportedly tempted to promote his friend and colleague, Jovan Kirovski, to the first team from Milan Futuro.
After failing to secure the arrival of Markus Krösche of Eintracht Frankfurt, Milan’s pursuit of a new director is still ongoing. Various names were mentioned in Gazzetta dello Sport, such as the previous target Devin Özek.

It’s clear that Milan were banking on Krösche’s arrival, meeting with him several times in the last few days, but now more time will be needed to recalibrate themselves. In truth, though, we are talking about time that they don’t have.
Unexpected promotion on the cards?
In today’s edition of Corriere della Sera, as transcribed by Francesco Nasato, some updates were provided on the situation. Among other things, it was mentioned that Ibrahimovic might be tempted to promote Kirovski, the current Mlam Futuro director.
“It remains to be seen now whether old candidates like Özek or Planes will come back into fashion, a new one like Josè Boto of Flamengo, or whether the temptation of Ibrahimovic to promote his friend Kirovski will make its way through,” it reads in the paper.
Kirosvski enrolled in a sporting director course earlier this year but he’s not done yet, so on paper, he can’t hold that role. He can become the technical director, though it seems like an unlikely outcome.

So the penny will drop eventually…Is there no limits to this guy’s involvement in the team. Maybe it’s about time that Cardinale comes clean on exactly what role Ibra has (is he a consultant working for Redbird or does he have a more central role to the Milan set up). Most of us have been saying he will be “the chosen one” from day 1. It was blatantly obvious. Zlatan is the one in control now, shielding the pathetic cowboy. And all of his buddies will arrive as a result.
I don’t know what to say anymore, cardinale putting someone as inexperienced and egoistic as zlatan and his own inexperience that both of them can’t run a football club will put Milan behind.
Does it matter anymore? I was doing mental gymnastics to get behind Amorim and these new directors thinking “well at least they all want to work together” but now might as well throw my name in the ring. I feel I could do as well as Kirosvski and I haven’t completed the course either so I’m just as qualified 🤡

This is actually Zlatans plan from the very beginning so he can run everything and his little puppet just caves in to doing everything Zlatan says. Hes intentionally running interference with the other candidates so essentially Kirovski will inherit the job by default.
My guess is he wants to own Milan majority after Gerry. No proof, just a hunch.

I’m telling you guys, it’s going to be Tim Curry in the end. We’re going to have a couple of more weeks of this name, or that name, but in the end it will be him. And what it will really mean is that Ibrahimovic will be making the decisions, not Kirovski. The only way out of this will be to sink lower, so that it will be obvious that Ibrahimovic is garbage and Cvnt-di-anale will have to get rid of him too (or keep him away from Milan since Ibrahimovic is technically of Redbird).
