CorSera: Why a juvie prisoner will ask Pioli a question during Empoli-Milan presser

By Isak Möller -

Stefano Pioli will host his usual pre-match press conference at 14:30 CET today, as AC Milan will take on Empoli away from home tomorrow. In addition to the journalists, the manager will also get a question from a juvenile prisoner.

Milan are looking to make it three consecutive wins in all competitions tomorrow, having bounced back with a strong performance against Cagliari. With the youngsters stepping up, Pioli is hoping that the entire squad can find that all-important consistency.

As reported by Corriere della Sera this morning (via MilanNews), Pioli will host his usual press conference at 14:30 today and he will not just be asked questions by journalists. In fact, a question will also be relayed from a juvenile prisoner.

During the holidays, Pioli visited the Beccaria juvenile prison where he spoke to the youngsters. The manager was surprised by one of them, expressing a great desire to become a sports journalist. Therefore, a question from the 16-year-old will be asked during today’s presser.

A nice gesture from Pioli, who has come under heavy scrutiny in the last few weeks. The wins against Sassuolo and Cagliari have sparked some optimism, but the future is still not looking bright for the manager.
