AC Milan clinched their first Scudetto in eleven years one month ago and thanks to that, they will take part in the Supercoppa Italiana. They will face city rivals Inter and details about the clash have now emerged.
According to today’s edition of Corriere Dello Sport, as cited by SempreMilan.it, the Supercup final will take place in January. The kick-off date will most likely be January 18 and it should take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The date of the clash should be confirmed further down the road, but it will most likely be the above given that the round of 16 of Coppa Italia will also be played in January. In any case, just like this past season, we will have another derby clash.
This past season, in fact, the Milan teams faced each other four times given that the Coppa Italia semi-final clash was two-legged. It remains to be seen if the Rossoneri can give Inter a run for their money yet again.
