Theo Hernandez’s season so far has certainly been a great talking point among AC Milan fans, and a January transfer has been mentioned several times. According to a report, Man Utd are very interested in the left-back.
It has indeed been a tough season for Hernandez, struggling to hit top fitness ever since the Euros with France in the summer. In the last few games, he has been benched in favour of the 19-year-old Alex Jimenez who, without a doubt, has done a much better job on the left.
According to DAZN’s Orazio Accomando, Hernandez’s situation must be monitored closely as Manchester United have made him one of their big targets. For now, though, they are yet to enter into talks with Milan and the player over a potential transfer.
There could be developments in this sense ‘in the coming days’, according to the journalist, with Milan seemingly willing to listen to offers. On the other hand, renewal talks are ongoing between the left-back and the Rossoneri, with a mutual desire to continue together.
The renewal is something we discussed in the latest edition of the bonus podcast, with the likes of Mike Maignan, Tijjani Reijnders and Christian Pulisic also expected to pen new deals with the club.
If Milan get a monster offer for Hernandez (£100m plus), they should probably sell. He’s a talented player, but in no sense reliable or properly focussed.
What? He played most games of any player since he had no replacement for years. Now you f-ins clowns are all bandwagoning to harass him because he had a bad start of this season. How the f can you make up stuff like that? A player that has played 230 games for Milan in the past 5 years. 70 G+A. Played LB without cover and covered CB last season. You worthless clown, I really really hate people like you.
🙏 🙏🙏
So he’s “not reliable or properly focused” but you will only sell if someone offers 100m POUNDS or more? Who will offer that for an unreliable and unfocused player with contract expiring in 1.5 years? Can I have what you’re smoking? We’d be lucky to get half of that.
We’d be lucky to get a third of that.
100M peanuts maybe. Even at his best he wasn’t worth more than 60M, right now he is valued around 30M.
Milan isn’t selling sh*t unless it’s for top dollar.
