AC Milan remain active on all fronts this transfer window. In recent days, the Rossoneri have been linked with Federico Bernardeschi of Juventus, with rumours suggesting that Lucas Paqueta could be included in a potential deal.
During today’s show on Sky Italia (via MilanNews.it), Gianluca Di Marzio provided us with an update on the matter. In recent days, the negotiations were probed by the parties once again, but the operation didn’t take off this time either.
According to the reporter, the negotiations have hit a stalemate due to the clubs respective views, as well as the salary issues. Paqueta currently earns €2.2m with the Rossoneri, while Bernardeschi earns about €4m with the Bianconeri.
However, as he adds, the negotiations must be kept under observation in the background. With just four days left of the transfer window, we can expect some hectic times, especially since Milan are likely to complete some more business.
