While Como lost their game against Inter and thus gave Milan some breathing room, it’s clear that three points will be needed against the Bentegodi side to remain relatively comfortable. Otherwise, confidence could drop even more.
No drama involved
Speaking to Milan Vibes in an interview published a few days ago, Di Stefano was asked about Milan’s current situation and how they should approach the season finale. With Allegri handling the situation, as he explained, the Rossoneri have the best chance of bouncing back.
“That’s the beautiful thing about Allegri. At Milanello, he didn’t raise his voice. He simply said three or four easy sentences along the lines of ‘guys, we have to start doing things in order again, taking care of the details as before. We all made mistakes’.
“He thus admitted his own wrongdoings on a tactical level, and there was no drama involved when talking to the players,” he stated.
