Fassone: “We hope that the facts are evaluated, the transfer market…”

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan’s CEO, Marco Fassone, spoke to Sky Sport after the club’s hearing with UEFA.

“I no longer express feelings, we have argued our thesis that we have put in writing. It was a nice meeting that lasted about two hours and the feeling I have is that at least we have been heard.

“The only thing we ask for is that the club gets evaluated consistently with the other clubs that have been evaluated by FFP. The cases are many and varied and we ask to be evaluated in the same way as other clubs.

“We have been told when the sentence will arrive. I don’t want to make any judgements before that. Eventually, we will comment on it.

“New member? I can’t say anything, these are facts concerning the shareholder. We have chosen a strategy made up of certain facts and not of assumptions. We hope that the facts are evaluated and not the conjectures.

“Mirabelli is working with the transfer market. There’s a plan A and a plan B based on what the sentences will be.”
