Fenerbahce defender Simon Kjaer has travelled to Italy with his agent to hold talks with AC Milan.

This is according to Turkish outlet Fanatik, who claim that Kjaer was allowed to make the trip by his club, who are open to selling.
The Rossoneri could face competition from Premier League duo Liverpool and Hull City, however.
Kjaer has experience in Serie A, having had spells at Palermo and Roma previously.
