A ban from European competitions is possible for Juventus as the domestic punishments are just the start of things, according to a FIFA Council member.
According to TMW among other sources, the new request from the Federal Prosecutor Giuseppe Chiné in the context of the capital gains trial against Juventus – which is being staged today in the Federal Court of Appeal – is an 11-point penalty.

Should this be put into place, which at this point seems likely after the initial 15-point penalty was overturned, then it would move Juve outside of the top four with Milan jumping in. However, it might not be the only sanction.
Evelina Christillin – an additional member of UEFA on the FIFA Council spoke on Radio Anch’io Sport on Rai Radio 1, taking stock of the situation.
“There is this concept of affliction that only concerns sporting justice and not ordinary justice. It will probably be a penalty that should block the way to the Champions League. We’ll see if it will be 10, 11 or 13 points , for us Juventus fans it’s a big blow,” she said (via MilanLive).
“The moment the Italian sentences become definitive, then decisions will also be made in UEFA headquarters. And then there is the second strand of the wage bill. Juve excluded from the European competitions by UEFA is a possible scenario.”
These are not merely further punishments, but plausibly quite harder as well.
As much as it’s needed for us to move into CL spot this is just another blow for Serie A from Juventus.

Such a corupt club this team is, God knows how they managed to win so many titles the past years… well we paid and still pay for our sins of having such a negative balance, didnt back up for super league, they just lie and make false papers to balance their accounts and still hope they qualify for CL this and next season. I hope they do something and punish hard. We suffered and still suffer the consequences because we cant make proper signings, leave players for free and drag contract talks for months/years because we just cant get over our wage bill. Time to do something and after juventus, maybe have a good look at PSG, Barcelona, and the premier league teams.

I think all of what has happened, makes us all question if Juve have actually really won any trophy in their history without some illegal. Immoral or unjust reason.
Simply because why is this always the scenario, I have watched Seria A, religiously for the last 35 years and Juve are always embroiled with controversy.
I remember once when the linesman pushed the ball out of Bryan Roy’s hand when he was playing for Foggia and taking a throw in, in order to assist the Juve team they were playing against.
Jealousy and hatred are the proper words for those who don’t support Juve.
