Florenzi full of praise for Milan’s two new recruits Adli and Origi

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan defender Alessandro Florenzi believes that the two new summer recruits Yacine Adli and Divock Origi will have a positive impact at the club.

The Rossoneri have been slow movers in the market compared to their two biggest rivals Juventus and Inter who have added firepower to their attacking departments, but Milan did get one of the earliest bits of business done by signing Origi on a free transfer.

Not only that, but Adli has the feeling of being a new signing given that he was initially bought on a permanent basis last summer but was left on loan at Bordeaux for the 2021-22 season and has now returned to base.

Florenzi spoke about the two new additions during an interview with Sky Sport, and he began by talking about Adli, with his comments relayed by MilanNews.

“You have to let him work quietly, he has to give him time. He has great qualities, the coach has to get something out of him and I’m sure he will know how to do it. He settled in very well, before singing a song in French he introduced himself in Italian, he was really good,” he said.

On Origi: “Our young players have already grown a lot. Even the purchase of Origi can bring us a lot. He is a player who will be respected. In attack we have great quality and experience. We have three players who can have their say. Origi has great charisma, he can help us a lot.”

  1. Origi is going to be so great this year. I can’t wait to watch him play and score many goals and get many assists.

All of the doubters will be very happy about being so wrong.
