Alessandro Florenzi and Sandro Tonali represented AC Milan in Italy’s clash against Germany last night. It finished 1-1 and both of them did very well, as highlighted by the newspapers this morning.
Italy have struggled a bit lately and they were keen on bouncing back with a good performance last night. After taking the lead, it looked promising but they conceded almost immediately after, though the draw was better than nothing.
Florenzi and Tonali both played from start and the former, who was also the captain of the Azzurri, played the whole game. The midfielder, on the other hand, was subbed off after 80 minutes in favour of another Milan man: Tommaso Pobega.
MilanNews have compiled the ratings that Florenzi and Tonali got from the newspapers and overall, they were very positive. Both looked really good and especially Florenzi, whose future with Milan remains a bit uncertain.

They were that good? I thought Tonali was played way too far up the pitch. Mancini got the personnel wrong playing Pellegrini as a LW. Tonali, him and another mid should hv been the midfield with actual wingers on the wing
