From Spain: Sevilla join AC Milan in hunt for dynamic PSG midfielder

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have been joined by Sevilla in the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Julian Draxler next month, a report claims.

MilanNews24.it recently reported that PSG are serious about the idea of signing Lucas Paqueta from Milan, and that Leonardo has hatched a plan though to try and tempt his former club into doing a deal by offering an exchange involving two players with a similar valuation, with Draxler apparently the leading candidate.

RMC Sport then claimed that Hertha Berlin sporting director Michael Preetz has had talks with his PSG counterpart Leonardo over a deal for the former Schalke man, but at the moment there is no official offer.

According to the latest update from Spanish outlet Estadio Deportivo – as cited by MilanNews.it – Sevilla are also now on the trail of the 26-year-old, who has played just eight times in all competitions for the Parisians so far this season.
