Milan failed to beat Spezia in their last league game and then lost the second leg against Inter 0-1. In short, the confidence isn’t the best at the moment but they need to bounce back tonight.
On their front pages, Gazzetta Dello Sport wrote about the struggles in the attack: “Milan-Sampdoria at 20:45 tonight. There’s an attack to rebuild. Scamacca up for grabs.”
Corriere Dello Sport, meanwhile, focused on just the game: “On the hunt for a much-needed Champions League qualification. Pioli: ‘Milan, enough crying’. The Rossoneri need points for the standings.”
