Gallery: ‘The derby of truth’, ‘Abraham-Morata’ – Today’s front pages in Italy

The derby day has arrived and AC Milan are under tremendous pressure to turn things around, having won just one of the first five games. Naturally, the newspapers focused on Inter’s superiority in the derby this morning.

Indeed, the Nerazzurri have won the last six derbies and will be looking to make it seven tonight, which would be a new record. Milan desperately need to change the trend, in other words, and it remains to be seen if Paulo Fonseca can keep his job.

As highlighted by the newspapers this morning (see photos below), Fosneca’s job is on the line and he has decided to switch to a 4-4-2 formation as a result. Tammy Abraham and Alvaro Morata will start together, having both impressed at the start of this season.
