The start of the pre-season is not too far away for Milan, with fitness tests scheduled for today, as was highlighted by the newspapers this morning.
Allegri arrived at Milanello earlier this morning, as captured by journalists on the scene, and fitness tests are on the cards for the Milan players. This is a way for the manager to get an overview of the situation ahead of the proper start of the pre-season next week.

In the meantime, Igli Tare is still working on securing reinforcements and after the Samuele Ricci announcement, there is now some breathing room. However, it doesn’t mean that the director will take his foot off the gas.
It remains to be seen what kind of reports will come out of Milanello in the next few hours. In any case, Allegri’s return to the training ground is something that at least Gazzetta dello Sport made sure to highlight.
