Joining the club in January of last year, the midfielder quickly became an important player for Milan, just like Kris Piatek. However, both have struggled to replicate their first six months at the San Siro, putting their future with the club in doubt.
As reported by Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews.it), Paqueta is no longer a part of the club’s plans for the future. In fact, the Rossoneri are looking for buyers on the transfer market, hoping to get back the €38m they invested just a year ago.
It remains to be seen where the Brazilian will end up, although it wouldn’t be surprising if he leaves the club this month. For Milan, it’s now all about not making a loss on his potential departure.
