Frosinone are aiming to sign AC Milan youngster Marco Brescianini on loan in the hopes that he can help them stay in Serie A, a report claims.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (Milan News), the newly-promoted side are trying to reinforce their backline and make sure that they can stay in the top flight.
One player that Fabio Grosso’s former side has identified is Brescianini, the defender born in 2000 who spent last season on loan in Serie B with Cosenza.
Talks are now ongoing between the two sides to try and agree terms on a one-year loan. It is not clear whether there would be an option for Frosinone to buy him or not at the end of that loan.
The move could provide a great opportunity for Brescianini to get first team experience in Serie A which is the natural next step in his development.
Born in 2000? He’s not THAT young… we need quality midfielders asap. If he’s not going to make the grade, sell him outright.
Brescianini is a midfielder and not defender.
And he is 23 already, looked set to transfer I think, he won’t make it to our senior team.
Exactly.
