GdS: Milan boss Pioli to welcome back three key players for trip to Bologna

AC Milan should welcome back three players for Saturday’s trip to face Bologna, a report claims, with one of them being a star man.

Milan were without six key players for the Coppa Italia quarter-final defeat to Inter last night as Gianluigi Donnarumma was suspended, while Matteo Gabbia, Ismael Bennacer, Hakan Calhanoglu (COVID-19), Mario Mandzukic and Sandro Tonali all missed out too.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), the selection issues should ease a bit ahead of this weekend’s trip to face an old friend in Sinisa Mihajlovic and his Bologna side at the Stadio Renato dall’Ara.

That is because three players will return from injury, as Sandro Tonali, Mario Mandzukic and Ismael Bennacer should recover. Of course, we are also still waiting for Hakan Calhanoglu to return negative tests, which could come at any moment in theory.

  1. Maldini shoul fucking leave if the only thing he knows is signing defenders, when are we going to make a strong stand in italy n europe. History will repeat its self like in 2011, milan wining the title n then we drop again because of lack of good signings specially in attack fuck maldini.

    1. You definitely know nothing about acmilan, all maldini wants is the best for this club the financial status is there to be considered.

  2. Lozano should have been ours, having politano is better than castillejo, whats neres still doing in ajax. If it was not for boban we wont get rebic F maldini men
