AC Milan centre-back Mattia Caldara is attracting interest from two clubs in Serie A with another loan exit possible, a report claims.
According to this morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews), Torino have also set their sights on Caldara after the newly-promoted side Venezia expressed their interest. The defender returned to Milan this summer after his loan at Atalanta, who decided not to sign him on a permanent basis.
The player will take a few days before making a choice on his next destination, but he seems to be very attracted to the idea of moving to the Granata, given that Turin is a city he knows well.
Not only that, but Milan seem open to sanctioning a loan deal too, with Caldara contracted until 2023 and the Rossoneri knowing selling him while avoiding a capital loss will be difficult, especially given the injury battles he has had in recent seasons.
