GdS: Milan have already spent €60m on transfers – no one like the Rossoneri

By Isak Möller -

Milan, unlike many other Serie A clubs, have been working extremely hard on the incoming market. Despite the current financial climate, the Rossoneri have made it clear that they want to reinforce the squad.

As described by today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews), Milan have been unleashed. They have already spent €60m between the signings of Mike Maignan, Fikayo Tomori, Sandro Tonali, Olivier Giroud, Brahim Fiaz and Ballo-Toure (soon).

Now, Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara will focus on landing a young striker and a playmaker. Kaio Jorge of Santos seems to be the priority for the former position, while there have been contradicting reports on the other.

The Rossoneri will also focus on offloading some players this summer to make up for all the signings. Jens Petter Hauge and Tommaso Pobega are two players that could leave, which would give the club around €30m, but they aren’t the only ones.

  1. Hope Jorge Mendes comes and sort out Leao’s future somewhere else before we sell Hauge. We can then keep Hauge as the backup for Rebic and I think He’ll be happy with that
