According to what is reported in Tuesday’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Ibrahimovic has fired the most shots on goal of any Milan player in Serie A (16) while Ronaldo has had 13 attempts.
The Portuguese has scored a higher percentage of his team’s goals in the league this season with 57% compared to the Swede’s 53%.
The paper also looks at the goals per game average of the two players throughout the timeline of their careers, and so far in the 2020-21 season Ibrahimovic (1.66) is ahead of Ronaldo (1.6).
If he keeps it up, he would finish with a higher goals per game ratio than the former Manchester United and Real Madrid striker for the fourth time in his career.
