GdS: Milan’s probable XI for Atalanta clash – Rodriguez in place of Hernandez

By Isak Möller -

Following the disappointing goalless draw against Sassuolo last time out, AC Milan are gearing up to face Atalanta away from home, which will be far from easy. As expected, Stefano Pioli won’t make many changes to the line-up.

The Rossoneri failed to make three consecutive wins last Sunday, after beating Parma and Bologna. Therefore, they will be looking to get back to winning ways, as the season is finally on the right track after a very poor start.

According to today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanEye), Pioli will only make changes he’s forced to. And with Theo Hernandez serving a one-game suspension for yellow card accumulation, the manager will have to play Ricardo Rodriguez instead.

Of course, given how important Hernandez has been as of late, it’s a blow for the Rossoneri. Other than that, though, the starting eleven will remain untouched. Hopefully, Pioli’s men will convert their chances this time.

Probable AC Milan XI (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Conti, Musacchio, Romagnoli, Rodriguez; Kessie, Bennacer, Bonaventura; Suso, Piatek, Calhanoglu.
