Some positive news has arrived on the injury front for AC Milan after a series of setbacks, according to a report.
According to what is being reported this morning by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanLive), Alexis Saelemaekers’ left ankle sprain is not serious and he should soon be available to Stefano Pioli and his staff once again.
Although there had been speculation that the Belgian was facing two weeks out, he could dispose of the problem within a week and therefore only miss two games before coming back to bolster the right side.
It is good news for Milan who must deal without the injured duo of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Rafael Leao, and while Samu Castillejo is ready for an opportunity on the right wing he has not had a great start to the season in terms of form.
