GdS: Still no goal after nine rounds; first time for Suso at Milan

By Isak Möller -

Despite his poor start to the season, Suso remains untouchable in the Rossoneri’s starting eleven. Tomorrow evening, he will play from start against SPAL, looking to turn around a negative trend both for himself and the team.

The Spaniard has failed to find the back of the net in the first nine rounds of the season, failing to replicate his performances in recent years. As highlighted by Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews.it), this has never happened before.

The winger has always managed to get himself on the scoresheet in the first nine games since joining the Rossoneri, which certainly is a good indication of how the season has gone so far.

According to the same outlet (via MilanEye on Twitter), the no.8 will still get the chance from start against SPAL tomorrow, forming a trio with Piatek and Calhanoglu up front. Hopefully, he can break his goal drought and come back even stronger.
